I have a solution.
Gather those of both groups who have actual hatred for each other, enough hatred to murder, together. Those of both groups who don't have that hatred, let them hang out in Dubai at a nice resort on the beach together. After the fight is over for those two groups who hate each other is over, kill the rest of them that are standing. Then, let the peaceful people who realize or not their bitterness has been passed down to them by previous generations and lame laws live and fuck and work with each other to create a stable place to live.
Oh wait.
I forgot.
It's people we're talking about.
