No, but what I would say is, Kofi Annan's opinion is the opinion of one man and is not the official opinion of the UN. Lord Goldsmith's opinion, is the opinion of one man also.
Accusation of a crime is only that, an accusation. Until a person, or entity, is convicted of that crime is the person, or entity, actually guilty.
