You answered your own question, you are imperfect, God is. Emulate does not mean your relationship with your son has exactly every characteristic man's relationship with God does. Your thread was meant to do one thing, poke at Christians, if you really were perplexed about your question you'd pick up the phone and call your dad. Its obvious now you never had a question, your thread was merely meant to be antagonistic.
