Sleazy that logic fails quite easily.
Using the same initial statement replace "thehun" with "drawnsex." The minute drawnsex owns the traffic, he/she/them can do exactly what thehun did to him to anyone else.
In fact, I would say since drawnsex makes his/her/their money from traffic redirection, they have a war chest of tools to deal with different DOS attacks.
