It is legal because it is all considered fantasy. This has played out before in the MaxHardcore issues that people have.
Porn is fantasy. Although distrubing, people have incest and rape fantasies.

If thehun doesn't want to post that stuff cool, that is his choice, but it doesn't mean it is illegal in all places. Also, Fletch is rightn a lot of BIG avs' accept incest sites.

Thehun is not only attacking the server where he "thinks" drawn sex, he is also attack that network. He is also assuming a certain level of technical expertise on drawn sex's behalf. As seen today, drawn sex was able to divert the attack to a msg board. Luckily, it was a board with excellent technical people.
I think this is symptomatic of the adult industry, being a larger company or feeling you are larger doesn't give you the right to inflict damage and apologize later.
