Ask Lensman how many accounts he closes every month because someone violated the TOS and tried to rip him off. Ask any program... When's the last time you saw a professional program resort to denial of service attacks to retaliate for a terms vioalation?
CE did this shit in '97 or so a few times and they got all kinds of hell for it. I don't see FM resorting to this stuff anymore.

One big advantage to the sposor programs: they send money. So they have reliable contact information on the people they are in contact with. It's easy to get an e-mail address, so I don't have that advantage. That's why we talked about the paid submissions... see a few posts back about that...
If Lensman would host the site of a cheater, or knew the host, I'm pretty sure he would close his server. A lot of sponsorship programs don't pay Russian webmasters anymore. Big decision, 'cause there's a lot of good people there that work hard to make an honest buck, but there are a lot of cheaters there too that pay no respect to other people.
I can't block Russian people from submitting. They'd get a proxy in the US and pretend they're from elsewhere. It works differently if you want to recieve a check. blacklisting people from a sponsorship program is a little less tricky then blocking people from a submitting to a link-site...
