According to an AP report, the dog was set on fire because he wouldn't fight!! (See report below) The dog was owned by Henigan's 12 year old brother, who frantically tried to throw water on the dog. Police from the Harrison Area district had to shoot the dog to put it out of its misery.
All they got was 1000$ fine for Animal Cruelty.
Weird world we live in.
