What a fucked up situation.
I had fuckin' withdrawl symptons. Hot and cold sweats.. I cried out "go fuck yourself" in my sleep and woke up the neighbours. And then i had some bizarre dream about sucking on Boneprone's nipple.
Anyways, rather than pay per submission, couldn't you setup some sort of monthly subscription fee? If the amount were reasonable, i don't think people would mind if a few of their galleries were denied each month. And if their galleries really were shithouse, you could just send them to your FAQ page, give them a better idea of what you want.
But for the love of god, don't take my daily GFY away.
