I keep thinking about getting one but ended up just using a fan and it does seem enough most of the time
I have found if I put my t-shirts in the freezer, then put one on when it gets cold and I am hot, works pretty good, also I put a fan up in front of the freezer door and blow the cold air out into my office
but it gives only a bit of relief.
