I'd completely ditch the idea of ordering only 1 movie at a time, its confusing to your average stupid surfer. Just do One flat rate = full access.
Also your design could be cleaned up, not every thumnail needs to take up so much room. Go with the standard reality-site layout. One big image and 6 thumbnails for each video (see http://www.coedsneedcash.com/ for a good example).
Your conversions would be much better this way, promise!

Thanks, but to clear this up we do NOT charge per-minute or "per-scene".
Each game is 1½-2½ hours and costs $3.95. Same as renting a movie at Blockbuster.
You can buy each game individually, or discounted as a package.
Think of it as "pick your own trial".
Our standard sale is:
- Surfer watches free preview clips of Game #X
- Surfer is happy to pay only $3.95 to see the full game
- Surfer enjoys game and is upsold $19.95 Package deal
or they just keep renting games individually and end up paying more.
We've already done a bunch of testing of different price points.
$3.95 per game, $4.95 per game, $19.95 for all, $29.95 for all, etc.
The numbers we've got now made us the most money per click.
