It's called contributory neglegence at the very least. What would I call it?

Gross neglegence, malicious interference with business practices, wire fraud, fraud, computer fraud, theft by deception, conspiracy to defraud, conspiracy to commit any of this other stuff, and it also violates several states' computer crimes laws. Build up a history of it and it's RICO.

Oh and according to the new USA Patriot Act, they're also committing acts of terrorism against a US corporation or citizen.
