Beware of Globill

Globill asked me to make certain changes to my site, which I did the very evening I recieved the email. I wrote Globills tech support back and informed them I made the changes. I was polite and courteous in the email. The following day I found out Globill had disabled billing on my site. I wrote Globill 2 emails over a 1 week period and have yet to recieve an answer. No one from tech support will talk to me on the phone concerning my account. I have also noticed that Globill has stopped rebilling of my current members. Aside from their unprofessionalism, I really don't mind and have resorted to my backup billing. What bothers me most is I'm trying to get some questions answered and Globill refuses to do so. That and they owe me 1000s and I've noticed the checks have stopped coming. As far as Im concerned, that $$ was made prior to them asking me to make changes to my site and belongs to me.

Anyhoo, I mostly would like to inform some of these other webmasters of what they may encounter in the future if they go with Globill. I'm not implying they intentionally fuck over everyone but when it happens once, theres room for more of the same behavior. All I can say is thank God I wasn't with this mom and pop outfit long.
