My favorite sponsors that I've used for ever and day are:

1. Maxcash - Kara's sitll kicks ass for me :-)
2. Cashquest2
3. FlyntDigital

And just recently i've started using ACMoviePass.com and Gspotmoney.com with great results.

I'm starting to really like acmoviepass. When i first started sending traffic it didn't seem to convert that well but over time the more traffic I send the better the conversions and it retains really well (partnership proggie).
