Please ICQ me when you get a chance. I can give you some info to clear up some of your confusion.
A lot of the things going on regarding
new ownership of StudioCash are still unknown to a number of people and that is intentional for the time being. I can assure you, though, that there is nothing shady going on in any way. I stake my reputation on that.
