www.trishcampbell.com since 1999 and I own the copyright on all electronic media concerning her. [that's the internet for the mothertard in the back who can't hear too well].
My point being, that we've gone after only 5 people for damages over the years and never gone to court. We always settle out of court because the law is so clearly in your court when you've properly set up your website legally. Lawyers tell their clients to settle. Most often i spend about an hour a week sending cease and desist emails and that scares them enough.
