Mothers, Aunts, Sisters are the closest sexual objects. When a boy grow up he often can have a fantasy about fucking them in a first place. It's absolutelly normal not even talking about Oedipus complex. That's why later he can be attracted by incest like mother and son, sis and bro etc.
But as for the father-daughter thing, honestly I do not understand it. Looks rather like a pedophilia to me. May be I'm just not too old yet to understand it. But anyway, there is nothing bad in a love to young girls as long as they are of a legal age.
