Take the PDF file to vegas with you, and find a kinkos there !!
I have NEVER heard of Kinko's not being able to do it ... Kinkos does business card orders for me in 3 hours !!!
provided they are set up correctly (ie: 100% bleed has to be done 8-up, and with a ¼" bleed all the way around the card .. if the card does not go right to the edge, you can get away with a 10-up template ... but your borders have to be correct).
