My point being, that we've gone after only 5 people for damages over the years and never gone to court. We always settle out of court because the law is so clearly in your court when you've properly set up your website legally. Lawyers tell their clients to settle. Most often i spend about an hour a week sending cease and desist emails and that scares them enough.

I think the reason that you only gone after 5 people is that knowone really knows Trish Campbell and therefore this is not a celebrity. I never heard of her before I checked out your site. By the way you are in violation of using trademarks of Playboy and Perfect 10 on your site. If you have written permission of those magazines to use their name on your site I take that back ;)
