I understand the whole concept of your system...
Its nothing complicated... I can actually do this bymyself.
1.) A site for user to login
2.) A Script coded in C that manages the traffic
3.) A money system
4.) Slap in some free shit give customers some spirit
5.) Sit back & relax.
