Of course and he knows it well. A successful business man of this caliber knows what needs to be done. He only used the "too busy" excuse out of the respect for her, something she has none of. He could have just come up straight saying - she's useless, hard to deal with and her sales have been continuously declining. From the business point of you, it's gonna drag me down if I retain her. But he kept his cool and his decency. It's unfortunate the princess possesses non of it and instead of thanking a guy who made her who she is today, she throws shit at him. What a useless slut.
