You could do this, new name, new card, etc but as soon as you start to use the same keywords and that same site URL, eventually, odds are, that the minimum bid creep will start again and your keywords will become inactive unless you raise the minimum bid. It could take some time, so why dont you give it a try, you could get some cheaper conversions before your cost outweighs your income.
