so what is the best solution at this point when one finds themselves faced with $5 and $10 per click charges on any keyword?
no matter what I do to the ad now or the keywords, it seems like my account is set to a high cpc
I'm not about to risk paying $5 a click just to start things up again, and I don't want to get banned
