Or you could just fix your quality score...
Its more then likely your site is no relevant to your keywords. You probably have a very high bounce rate. There could be other factors that are playing into your poor quality score though.
If you make a new account, you risk being banned. Once you get banned you are banned for life. Any account than you linked could be banned also.
