For the record, I don't like forced sex depictions either. Not at all. However, I understand that the actors are all mostly consensual about it, and being paid rather well for the most part, but that's not the point. The point is that some people do like to view that sort of thing, and whose to thumb their nose at them for having those interests? Where do well allow the line of censorship to be drawn? Same thing with people who promote, produce, or like to watch horror-fantasy-gore-goth-death shit and other extreme niche stuff. People have fantasies, and other people deliver the goods to them. Big deal. It's called the law of supply and demand.
Calling others that promote other genres that you may not agree with "bottom feeders" is what is unproductive for this industry. Let's try and mind our own stores and respect the rights of others instead of fingerpointing.
