California laws don?t apply to other states. If you read the entire federal law, it was designed to address morality as it relates to sex, not just prostitution.
My point of pointing out the law is that if your county wants to shut down your business you?ve given them one more thing to add to any charges they want to file against you. My friend?s set was raided in another state. He was arrested and the models were charged with the usual including ?Crimes against nature.? They could?ve fought the charges but it was too expensive.
