Life is far too short to mess with models who are just unprofessional. I had one model not so long ago arrive 3 hours late and wondered why i told her to go home !

Good Idea! It is just like any other fucking job.....If you cant show up on time or completely forget about it (FLAKE) then someone should stand up to them and let them know that this unacceptable behavior or he/she will continue to do it and may even tell some of their model friends how they just "punked" out your shoot and that they could do it too. Veteran models will always try and test the producer/director to see what they can get away with. The beginning is where you have to draw the line and let them know that they are here to get a pay check and not the other way around.
One producer that I deal with has a saying for models that are bitchy after they start shooting……..no pop shot, no pay check!
