Yea i know it doesn't. Point of my post was just that by searching through the web, you have data that oc3 is far smaller then all those other companies, so the statement of 40% is ludacris. and yea, i know i know, minusguy gave that info, i'm just saying. Also, you can see by brad's post he also found similar data as I did.
