So, I hope soon we will hear about what they are actually doing to have the thieves caught. We, the people whose info was stolen, want to know who were contacted and how they will find the people behind this. What John wrote above isn't very convincing to me.
Unless they properly inform people who were directly affected with all this shit, there will always be suspicion above the involvement of TMM in alll this. TMM people should learn more about good PR. As an example, look at how Mattel responded to the news on toys with toxic lead. They didn't respond like: "our customers don't know anything about law, we are doing things but we won't tell".
