Hey Guys and Gals,

I have been looking at alot of the banner / logo contests lately and seeing some great work. So in a effort to get better and better myself I have to ask whats your favorite PS trick or plugin that you couldn't do your job with out. Im trying to learn to make things shiny like I see alot of you do.
