Some women wear too much, though. Remember Tammy Faye Baker? Holy shit, she looked like a circus clown. I've seen a few women who were naturally beautiful ruin it with too much.
If a woman has nice reddish hair, they shouldn't load up on a bunch of eye liner and shit and draw attention away from it. And ladies, go easy on the eyeliner, for crissake. You want to highlight your eyes, not make them look like you have two black eyes.
