<START>
Thank you for contacting Epoch Billing Support. This is billing2629, how may I help you?
billing2629: How can I assist you?
Yan: just want to report a spammer please
Yan: i work in the porn biz so i tracked him down for you
Yan: definitedollars.com affiliate id: sexninja, spamming hot or not
Yan: through yahoo IM, id : audimuffin44
Yan: add the user and you can follow the trail
Yan: definitedollars doesn't have a support link so i figured i'd go right to the processor, thank you
billing2629: You can contact our corporate department with that information at 1-888- 627-3888. We don't handle that in customer service.
Yan: can you pass this on to affiliate compliance please
Yan: i don't really care, just wanted to report it. i know for a fact that spam is a serious issue and i figured epoch would want to know. can you please forward this discussion via email
billing2629: Sorry, no I can't.
Yan: i'm not gonna call and repeat all this! lol
Yan: okay, good to know where epoch stands
Yan: why not, don't have email?
billing2629: If you's like to report the information you obtained, you'd have to call the number I provided.
Yan: so faciliating spam and making it difficult to report and hence enabling webmasters to spam is the policy
Yan: i get it i know epoch benefits from such spam in violation of the can-spam act
billing2629: Thank you for contacting Epoch Billing Support.
Yan: i'm a dick i know but you should tell you boss you should change the policy to "tell them it's being handled" and that would take care of people like me
</END>
GRR...spent a whole 5 minutes to try to clean up the internet one spamming account at a time and it led me nowhere! hoping someone from epoch sees this and gives billing support an email address to forward these kinds of complaints to....can spam specifically holds programs responsible for the actions of their affiliates and i believe that billing companies could fall under that umbrella, right?
getting off my soapbox now....
