this is actually a fairly mainstream design...so i went with the best fit for my needs (as far as i can tell so far) and the person who took the time to brainstorm with me (roughly an hour)
that was a huge part of it....quite a few people were "rush-rush-rush", but not dave
if you're so busy that you can't talk to a prospective customer, hire a fucking customer service rep to handle it for you
