Non-Resident Gib Incorporation + Privacy + 100% Processors Compliant ?!? HELP!

Hello guys, how are you? hope you are fine

So i'm not an EU citizen, i need to incorporate into EU region to be able to process VISA transactions and on the other hand i would like to remain as private as possible and being able to pick any serious well established processor i like ( Epoch / CCBill / Verotel / SegPay / ETC ) and not just the one i can.

I have seen many people here that seem to have a very strong knowldge about this offshoring stuff ( Weeby, MrWickly[Or something like that, sorry:P], nettrust, etc ).

I have a few specific questions that maybe you could help me answer:

So Gibraltar seems to be the most easy to handle non resident company ( Tax Free, no need for accounting / book keeping, etc ), so i will go with it to incorporate in the EU region, still, there are some things i'm quite not sure:

1. All processors require someone grounded in the region you are registering to accept you! Is the company itself ( Which has an EU ID and address ) suitable for this ? Or i still would need A PERSON grounded in the region ?

2. I would like to go with the nominees director/shareholder thing upon registering to avoid publicy disclosing my relationship with the company, but would this mess up the processors signup? i mean, if doing this nominee stuff there is no public record that probes my relationship with the company! (Off course i will have a power of attorney and private documentation that probes my ownership of the company and i will send copies of this documentation to the processor if needed).

Will they demand me to be listed on the companys public records (As director or shareholder) in order to be able to sign its processor contract ? Or can I just register the company with some nominees and then register in the processor with the company and provide my personal information to them as a sort of billing contact (Remember i'm not an EU citizen) and sign up the processor contract on behalf of the Gib company even when i'm not publicy the Gib company's owner ? (The nominees are) This would be the best option for me, still not sure if its compliant with all the processors!

3. So i register the Gib company, whats the best option to get accepted by most processors ? Use nominee director/shareholder which could be located in the EU region OR register it and set myself as its sole director/shareholder (Remember i'm not from EU, so shareholder/director would not be grounded in EU region) but on the other hand i can easily register using the company and sign any papers on its behalf as its sole owner?

Thanks a lot guys! hope that some of the guys that seem to be really specialized on this subject could answer all together so i can see what all think cause i already received a lot of different answers from different threads/people and i'm really interested on setting a good company configuration in order to be able to pick the processor I WANT and not the one I CAN ....

Good luck to everyone
