Yes they will go after the Max Hardcores of the world. And if you produce content like his you had best not be doing it in the US or you might get yourself in trouble. You know what you produce and you take the risks or getting caught. If you can't stand the risk GTFO of the business. Or shoot softcore.
And please don't tell me I'm in Europe so I'm safe. I produced porn for decades in the UK and always jumped when the door bell rung. I've had the police bust my door down at 5.00 in the morning armed with a sledge hammer and a search warrant. How many here know how that feels?
Going after pornographers is a publicity exercise. It has nothing to do with protecting children, society or anything else they spout about. It's about getting old ladies to vote them back into their cushy over paid, gift ridden jobs in a few months.
If they wanted to really make a difference to the porn that's so easily attainable they could do it for easier and cheaper than going after a couple of extreme porn guys.
No hardcore until it's paid for would be a good start. Taking down illegal free sites open to anyone another.
