I personally hosted a small site with Split for more than a year. It was on a shared box, and when I sent a mail or an ICQ, I was treated like royalty.
Many times I spoke with Cris himself on the phone. After I was helped, they would then ask me to put in the help desk ticket, so they could track the time spent. Top notch service, from great guys, And I have NEVER met a single one of them in person. So I not talking good about an old friend, but they always treated me that way.
