Ok, how about this.
1. Generate thumbs and calculate video duration from wmv9. Then USE the very high quality WMV9 videos and thumbs in paysite tube style members area generated by Smart Tube? Basically using Smart Tube as a paysite members area CMS.
2. Using above thumbs and converting wmv9 to lower quality flv for possible basic tube (free site) to promote above paysite.
