Months and eventually a couple of years passed and I got stuck in the hometown/homebody mentality, content with the Boston scene and comfortable with the same old places and friends. Bought a car, accrued bills and got stuck in my ways. And as my friends started to move away, get married, and family started doing the same I came to the realization that I made a huge mistake.

And now 5 years later I've finally worked my way back to a place where I'm financially and mentally comfortable to make the jump again. As I'm typing this the ex that I said no to is traveling the globe as a traveling nurse with her fiance.

The moral of my story is that opportunity's only come once in awhile. Take it when you can.
You're in Boston??

Get the hell out!

My cousin from So Cal tried to live there, he said its the coldest place in the USA and sucks assholes. He has so many stories about how bad it sucks, its hilarious.
