Used it working for 2 different companies. It's great, as long as you team sticks with it. As a manager or owner, it's awesome for keeping up with sub-teams, 3rd party companies (designers/programmers) and remote employees.
The downside is, you start to figure out how useless some of your team is...lol
But seriously, for an online solution, it's the best one I've seen. They are heavily based in forward moving technology, and offer features and updates often.
The only downside I can remember, and you'll only go through this experince once (because once you learn the system, you'll fly through projects) is the first few times you set up a company, project, or master task list, the learning curve is high.
Once you get the hang of it though, if your whole team sticks with it, you'll love it.
