Actually, it is that clear.
1. Wouldn't matter if adult, or not. It is still a virtual transaction.
Meaning no tracking number, nor tangible, so it would not be covered. Unless, you sent the design to them on disk, and you have a UPS tracking number or something to that effect.
I have heard this directly from PayPal on my disputes. Whether adult or not, if you can't PROVE you delivered (i.e. mail and tracking) then you have no case says PayPal.
