The guy is polite and has the right to complain : His content is being stolen.
Do you understand that ? The content he shot and paid for is being stolen !!
And because of this, he is loosing money.
Most of the time, things goes most faster to post in here than when we try to
contact personally the people in charge. I have experienced it myself a couple of times.
