So basically you are looking for someone to manage your site that is "the best" but you will only offer that as compensation a % of your earnings?
You might want to consider a more robust benefits package if you really want to attract someone worth your while. If you want to get someone with know how and real live experience you are going to have to cough up some cold hard cash and who knows what else.
Over the years I've been many offers, including trips to Vegas, a Nintendo Wii, a massage chair which I still actually have to this day, some 8 years later. I've even had a guy offer me and my husband an all expenses paid trip to India. And keep in mind I'm not even in the big boys club. I've just been around awhile. I can't even imagine the kind of gifts that the big boys get offered to take on jobs or temporary projects.
The point is, if you want to attract the right person for the job and you are serious about making money, you have to spend money to attract the perfect person for the job. And don't just think monthly salary, remember these guys can make money anywhere. You have to give them a reason to want to work for you and benefits packages are often where it is at. Think about health insurance or tanning packages for the wife. Be creative with your offer because these guys get hit up all the time and no doubt have heard it all before.
