Yeah, that does sound like a reasonable explanation about the difference in the CN traffic counts. I guess CN surfers aren't as savvy with sophisticated popup blockers, hence, they see more pops.
BTW, I wasn't accusing you of lying (I saw your site stats); I was just explainging what we saw on our end.
