i think you guys need to come up with a new term for sponsor only tube sites, because if they comply with the dmca act safe harbor provision all tube sites are legal.
maybe sponsor only, sponsor friendly
something better than the wishful thinking what would be the only "legal" if it wasn't for that fucking DMCA tube site.
