I also dont make a normal chicken cordon bleu sauce - I just make a nice sauce out of broth and spices...
not hollendaise or bernaise...

I don't like ham unless your talking about baked ham and pineapple.
On a sandwich it's ok as long as there are plenty of other meats to cover up the ham taste.
For some reason I do like a hot ham and cheese if the ham is good quality.
