You have a picture of Sexy Lette from Triple 10 Vault right in the header design of the girlfriend site in your sig. Unless you have some sort of content deal with Triple 10 Vault, you might want to remove that.

Edit: Assuming that you own or are somehow representing that girlfriend site.
