I drink 12oz bottles. Maybe 2 a day. Im drinking that instead of the soda I usually drink. I hate drinking just plain water. Some of you guys are silly.

No... I am saying that drinking Gatorade because you think you need the electrolytes after your workout is silly. If you want to drink Gatorade because you like it, go balls out... drinking it because you just did it work out is nonsense.
