I've allready been screwed by a cheap/new host in the past - there's really nothing worse then losing all of your data/sites to a company filled with false promises.
Your price structure would have to be very appealing to get webmasters to move. But with the right pricing you should be able to build a decent "new" customer base.

I understand the migration thing. Plus if your hosting is ok there is no reason to move to another host. I also understand the worries about your data when trying a new host, specially if you have been disappointed in the past, I don't like the 2 cents a year deals either, just want to build price structure that is fair. Thanks for your input
