I cant for the life of me, retrieve my password or information to cancel the membership. Their customer support link does not work, their password retrieval tool is wacked, and to boot - their customer support line has a 15 to 20 minute hold time with a cue-countdown of what place you hold in line, which after informing you that you are next it line, it says "We are sorry, but due to the abnormal volume of calls we cannot take yours. Please try later."
I am oober-pissed right now, so I can only imagine what a regular surfer would feel like trying to cancel their purchase. Is there any integrity left in this industry at all?
