Their customer support link does not work, their password retrieval tool is wacked, and to boot - their customer support line has a 15 to 20 minute hold time with a cue-countdown of what place you hold in line, which after informing you that you are next it line, it says "We are sorry, but due to the abnormal volume of calls we cannot take yours. Please try later."
