first thing you gotta do nico-t is get off this forum b/c ppl here are the wrong crowd.
second thing is to stop drinking or smoking maryjane.
third thing is go see a doctor. but be wary if they prescribe any drugs....but its up to you.
you CAN make it through depression, find out the source of unhappiness, and distance yourself from the source.
